I rented a unit online and was able to visit the office, buy a key, and take a load the same day. The location I chose is very close and convenient. Xavier, the employee on duty was very helpful and accommodating.
Alchemy was super helpful during my storage renting experience. 3 other people came 10 mins before she closed, but she greeted everyone nicely and didn't give anyone attitude for coming in late. She is a great asset to this company.
