Had a great experience here! I showed up with only about 10 minutes left before closing, and Lorie was incredibly helpful and got me moved in quickly without making me feel rushed at all. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole process super easy. Really appreciate the amazing customer service. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage!

They offer me 1 month free, however they charge me 150 bucks for 15 days. They don’t tell you that you need a lock, so be ready to pay 25 dollars extra. I’m still waiting my bill. Melissa check me in and she fantastic, however today’s lady (better no comments). Customer service training is required. My unit was 6089 in the 1120 DuPont branch.

They increase rent every 2 months by at least 20 bucks. Nice facility, clean and friendly.

Terrible dirty location. I think other 5 star reviews are fake. Stay away from this Jane street location. We can never get elevator to our locker and carts nowhere to be found.
