Lorie was great! I arrived right before the office closed and she graciously stayed late to finalize my rental agreement. She took the time to explain how everything worked and ensured I was setup properly without rushing me out. Thanks for your help Lorie!
Melisa was a saint. As a mover I travel to a lot of self storage units across the city. Melisa was single handedly the best worker I have had the pleasure to meet well working. After parking at the loading dock, Melisa saw that we had a truck full of goods going up to the sixth floor. Well taking us on a tour to our units, Melisa put one of two elevators in service for us to use, and opened a sliding door so we did not have to enter a code for each trip. The front desk staff was extremely rude. I needed someplace to dispose of some recycling and there were no dumpsters nearby so I called their phone number, they said they would make a note on my account that I was leaving the recycling in their garage. The next day, I received a very rude and angry call stating that she was going to charge me $250 for “dumping” if I didn't come back immediately to remove my recycling and insisted that no note had been made.
