Good explanation on prepaid promotion
I had a wonderful experience at SmartStop Self Storage, and Deb(from the Cornwall location but training a new hire in Hamilton) was a big part of that. The customer service I have received has been good but honestly they have been raising the storages fees way over inflation as they know you are a captive audience. Please be aware that prices will be raised ever 6 months without proper explanation.
