Don’t waste your time, energy, and money on this place. They will more than double your rate after 4 months. I signed up at $70/mo for a small 5x7 and the rate skyrocketed to $169/mo after the 4th month. From the start Leo rushed through the sign up process and did not even give me five minutes to pull up proof of renters insurance to avoid being charged for their useless insurance that doesn’t even cover more than $1k. I rented at this location partly because of the special online. It was to be first month free. I rented four units. And it was only first month free on the first unit I rented not all four. I’m thoroughly disappointed.
