Staff Makayla was very professional, Friendly and very helpful both in person and over the phone. I was assisted in a ver timely manner and she was very knowledgeable.
DO NOT PUT YOUR ITEMS IN THIS STORAGE. Since the end of 2025 and beginning of 2026, there have been MULTIPLE break-ins, and the office has NOT sent any emails, phone calls, or given any in-person notice to customers. I only found out on May 25th when the POLICE called me with this information!! This is BAD communication and completely unacceptable. There are NO working cameras on the property, and the ones that are there supposedly “DON’T WORK” (their words). How is that okay when people are trusting this place with their pe... read more
My sisters storage got broken into and everything inside was completely messed up. The lock was busted off and all her belongings was thrown everywhere like somebody just trashed the whole unit. Boxes got ripped open, stuff was damaged, and alot of things is missing but we still trying to figure out everything that got stolen. She had clothes, electronics, personal items and important memories stored in there and now most of it is either gone or ruined.
