I give this storage place a five out of five. Their communication, How welcoming they are, Their property, Their security, And their staff is phenomenal. I was greeted and took care of by Stephanie She got me in and out and answered every question that I had and made sure that I felt safe and secure about placing my personal belongings on their property.
Super seamless and easy to set up, RJ was awesome.
RJ is a great addition to SmartStop on Durango. His customer service & attention to detail is above & beyond any I have experienced in the past or at any other storage facility. He runs a great team too!! Thank you!
Whoever the representative or agent, Lindsay is, is very rude and not helpful. When a customer is calling and asks a very direct question, it should be a very direct answer, not smart remarks, and rude comments with a lack of empathy. That’s basic customer service.
