Ronny provided very good customer service on my first visit. They are hard working and they always seem to be running around to get things done! I know Ronny is going off to do better things but Ronny will surely be missed. What an asset to this team Ronny is. PS: I give 5 stars to Ronny but 2 stars for self-storage because of you call them they give you an Ai robot that will “assist” you. Ya right. Originally, I left a great review for this place. But since then on two separate occasions upon arrival, the elevators were not working. This means that anybody with units on the second third or fourth floor are unable to access their unit. AT ALL! The stairwells are 100% inaccessible from the main floor As all the doors are exit only. They have no latches and they have no keys. My experience renting here was absolutely horrible. I really hope you read this before you decide on renting here. First of all, they will raise your storage fee without any notice. The only way you will find out is the invoice they send you has a new monthly fee amount. When I started my rental here, I rented a 10x10 on the 3rd floor for $120/month (late fee was $40). 6 months into it my rental, my fee went up to $196/month.
