This storage facility is rat infested. My unit had no food or anything that should attract rats except cardboard boxes. When I entered after not going there in several months, there was rat feces everywhere. They said it’s an ongoing problem they’re trying to solve. 6 months later it’s still a problem. Was told to file an insurance claim if anything is destroyed. Not what I signed up for.
Had a great experience here during our recent move! Moving is stressful enough, and Jasmine and Will were incredibly helpful from the start. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through our options without making us feel rushed. They genuinely went out of their way to help us find the best deal and made the whole process smooth and easy. Good customer service can be hard to come by these days, so it was really appreciated. Thank you both for your kindness and help during our moving process! :)
