Very honest and professional. I’ve brought them two iPhones so far and haven’t had to pay a thing. I waited too long to bring them the first iPhone and the water damage caused too much corrosion and dried up so the phone couldn’t be salvaged so they didn’t charge me. The second phone was so water logged, that when they opened it up, water poured out of the iPhone. They dried it out for me and got it working.
