We have a maintenance contract with Smarthouse and have been extremely pleased. During a heat wave our AC died and they quickly replaced our unit. Ryan and George were here for hours working in over 100 degree temps. They were a delight to have in our home and very competent. This is a rare company. 5 Stars plus

I paid roughly $180 for a maintenance check-up with SmartHouse Heating & Cooling—chosen over Hoffman Brothers due to their community reputation. The initial technician, whose name was Shelby, was polite and cleared our AC unit, which has had zero prior issues in seven years. Less than 24 hours later, we woke up to a loud noise. When I called, an emergency assessment was quoted with holiday/overtime rates due to the Labor Day weekend, and the technician I spoke with, Scott, recommended waiting until Tuesday unless we wanted t... read more

I paid roughly $180 for a maintenance check-up yesterday with SmartHouse Heating & Cooling—whom we were recommended to over Hoffman Brothers due to hearing often their rates, customer service, and response to emergencies have been far more applauded across our community and neighbors. A HUGE shout out to Smarhouse!! I went to check in on my elderly father (86) Friday afternoon his house was 89 degrees blowing hot air. Called the office spoke to Jane she was able to get a technician out to have a look at the a/c. Marcus showed up within a few hours and got him back to cool house!! Thank you Jane and Marcus I can’t express how much we appreciate your service.
