Final updated 5/15/25 review: Smart House finally backed up their normal excellent, 5 star service, with copious apologies. 4 stars because I should not have had to self advocate when standards were categorically missed. Updated 4/25/2025 review: would be delighted to change this back to 5 star, but no way at this time. 1 reply since 4/14. No followup; can't coordinate with roofer to actually install A/C unit to my home (each says they will, but neither does), months after it was craned to the roof.
