My AC was not cooling properly. I able to schedule an appointment the same day. The staff was friendly and transparent when it came to costs. I called today at 8 AM, and the AC technician stopped by shortly after and got everything taken care of. My house is now cool and ready for the summer heat. Thank you!
Tim came to gather info for a ductless mini split system for our upstairs. I already know that no matter how low the quote, we won't be going with SmartHouse... he closed the panel door on the breaker box, not ever considering that it might be open on purpose. The door is stuck when closed and the front cover of the panel has to be taken off to open it again. It created about 10 minutes of work, not too much but just enough to annoy me. I've been using SmartHouse for a few years, and they're always professional and informative. This spring, I had made an appointment for a maintenance check, but when the weather station predicted 90s by the end of this week, I called the office back.
