I've used Academy for my air conditioner & heater install. They have also done plumbing work & all have been exceptional. They explain details of what is wrong & what it will take to fix the issue. Today, I had Connor Gray & he was GREAT! Very nice, polite & of course, explained everything in a way I could understand. Highly recommend.

Jay came to my home today to fix my furnace and he did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Was very well mannered and polite and I am very grateful he was chosen to come to my home. He did such a wonderful job, Thank you Jay for all your hard work. Truly a professional. Our midcentury modern house was a quite a beast but SmartHouse helped us every step of the way with an entirely new system. Our home has been so cozy during the storm! The entire crew and was fantastic to work with. Marc especially went above and beyond when our system needed a tweak. Will always go back to SmartHouse and will recommend to others without reservation!
