This Company came out to diagnose and repair my furnace come to find out I had wiring issues. I paid them to fix the wiring. My furnace went out within weeks when I called them to come out they wanted more money for diagnostic and refuse to repair the furnace without me paying more money and me and my family went through the whole winter with no heat.
Great experience! They were so helpful, prompt and reasonably priced. They came out and worked on our A/C units and gave us advice for things we could do on our end as well. Would highly recommend!
Had ongoing issues with the heating and air unit, partly with cheap workarounds (substandard parts), and some due to a leaking vertical flue (also a cheap workaround). Ended up getting a new system. Started with the tech who tried to resolve the issue but due to the re-occuring problems (noted earlier), we had a consultation to assess our current set up.
