Had to replace indoor and outdoor AC units. Great team all around, I interacted with multiple office workers, and three contractors, they were all fantastic! Ryan was efficient diagnosing my issues and a knowledgeable journeyman. Jay his apprentice got there early and was very pleasant to work with! We have a maintainence plan with SmartHouse. They are very friendly and thorough. We have a boiler and two A/C units, including one in an attic.
Had an issue and called the after hours service and received a call back within a timely manner. Jay (tech) came out after he was supposed to be done for the night and was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. He was quick and efficient and was explaining things that we can do to prevent similar issues going forward. Jay was fantastic and it’s clear this company puts a lot of focus on providing high quality customer service.
