Unless you are doing something 100% out of the box, this is not the company to select. I was looking for a loan on a larger piece of property, informed them (Debbie Foley, one of the VP's of the organization) of this right up front and sent them the purchase contract. They took my deposit, had me waist a week (and of course rates went up) only to have underwriting come back and say they could not provide a loan on the type of property. My husband and I recently refinanced our home and really enjoyed working with this company. They were very patient and informative, which was great since we're relatively new home owners and aren't very familiar with the refinance process. We could tell they were determined to help us do what was best for our home and future.

It was the worst refinance I have ever done. The Info is endless that they keep requesting. And you end up being handed over to so many different people. I have very good credit also. It was a huge headache and I will never use them again.
