Avoid working with this company. Their ethics are beyond questionable, accountability is nil and they cover up their mistakes by having a clause that leaves them untouchable. Divorce is a painful and difficult time already. Working with Smarter (lol) Divorce Solutions was the worst experience in an already traumatizing experience. They overestimated my pension, didn't use proper valuation on the vehicles and I can't tell you how many mistakes I found and I am not "certified". Working with Smarter (misnomer) Divorce Solutions was amongst one of the worst decisions I made during my divorce. Nancy would not answer questions directly. For example I asked her what number she used to calculate my pension, she gave me the formula. When asked again, it turns out it was input incorrectly at over $90 a month. Her suggestion was to see if my abusive ex would perhaps reimburse me. She asked for the VIN's of the vehicles, but input the value my ex gave.
