We stored all of our furniture in 2 SmartBox containers while redoing our floors. We were told it would be safe in the rain when we ordered them. They are for storing your stuff outdoors. Our furniture was severely damaged by light rain. Unusable. They told us there was nothing they could do - call your insurance. Our insurance told us a claim would raise our rates and we could only have one further event before they terminated our account. PAULA from Virginia is an absolute GEM! A customer service person who can read minds! She should get a raise! Helped me out when I needed it most by re-scheduling a pick up when we were in a pinch! So very grateful!
Terrible! Smart Box leaked and ruined my furniture. Smartbox takes no responsibility and told me that since the box was at my home being loaded it is not their responsibility. The minimum requirement for a storage container to move is that it is dry. I never leave reviews but I think people need to know
