Love this bank . They truly are professional and have your best interest at heart
I have had some issues with my account ( my fault) . I use both Hixson and Ooltewah. The Ooltewah office is superior and the ppl there are very kind and never make me feel bad that I mess up. I just wanted to thank Robyn and Ms Collins and to say I appreciate them . I’m going to make a effort to only use this particular office from now on. Thank you Smart Bank for caring about Seniors
