This company is awful Charnita specifically got me audited by the irs put all types of false statements on my return initially resulting in me owing almost 14k in taxes with no way to prove anything! Great company and people i have been their clients since they have been opened. My family loves them.
3rd year filing and will be my last. The first 2 years was a breeze. I filed this year on February 24th, as of today STILL NO REFUND. I’ve had to go back and forth with an employee by the name of Breona for 2 months just to get the refund sent in for processings. I barely get responses back and when I do it doesn’t seem to be any urgency or accountability on there part. You’ll do better at H&R Block!!
