Another successful year #4 Thank you Mrs. Jasmine Williams for filing my taxes, and going above and beyond to make sure my taxes was done professionally, quick, and an easy process🩷 Me and my family Loves Smarttaxx, and wouldn't trade them for nothing in this world.
They are not very professional. I got audited b/c a credit was added without my knowledge. When asked them to help fix their mistakes I got nothing but the go around and blame game. Excuses on being sick but all over social media. Jason the owner and his wife. The rest of the staff is just around to shift blame on bc that’s whose fault it is every time they didn’t respond to the email or call.
Keep up the fantastic work! This firm has been one of the best tax preparation services around and it's all thanks to the wonderful ladies who work here. They're so friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help their clients.
