Bought my Dodge RAM 1500 from Smart Toyota, had a pleasant experience with Chad. Everything went smoothly and would recommend Chad for your next vehicle.
Being shown the car and dealing with the sales person was ok. Paper work with the sales manager seemed rushed. I noticed there was a paperwork issue on their end and have reached out multiple times asking about it and phone calls were dodged, and emails ignored.
Christina was great and was able to get me exactly what I wanted! I’d recommend anyone to go to her, you won’t be disappointed!
Our salesperson Elias (Eli) has been very difficult to get ahold of once we actually purchased a vehicle. Been trying to get an issue resolved since May without much success.
Had the most positive experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership buying a used car. Chad and Darnell were honest and respectful when it came to the numbers on the vehicle. No shady haggling like you might experience at other dealerships. Will definitely recommend to friends in the area looking for vehicles to hit up this dealership!
