I was having horrible luck trying to find a car for two weeks, Eli Munoz approached me and my family in the smart Toyota parking lot, that same day he found me my perfect SUV. It was my first time buying from a dealership and I can say with confidence it was a 10/10 experience, awesome and friendly service. We came in to look at a rav4 and they ended up not having it on the lot. Christina k. helped us look at a highlander. Christina was extremely helpful during the whole process of getting the appraisal and trade-in value. Very happy with the service and was very understanding with how long the process was taking. She was also very funny and friendly. 10 out of 10 customer service!
