Terrible customer service dont do 10k service and say they did
I recently brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff were very friendly, the waiting area was clean and welcoming, and communication was great—they let me know as soon as my vehicle was ready. On the way home, however, I noticed a vibration that hadn’t been there before. I called back and was quickly given an appointment the next day.
