Rude, dishonest and a bit "shady" to use the word accurately. Extremely rude customer service - we are a large Window Tint Company with a large project on order. We worked with Mike and John - who seem to be the only people running the company - my technical staff and myself were yelled at by Mike and John on a consultation call - we were told "you don't know what your talking about" when we tried to explain what the requirements were - and persistantly we were lied to and argued with. @SmartTint has completely lied & claimed that I was ‘a bot’ since I gave a real review. Since I can’t post a pic here, I have uploaded a pic on other sites which is proof that I purchased 2 boxes from them. They actually stated I was a competitor with a fake review. I never heard from them after the installer never showed. I am posting this here to prove that not all smart glass companies are the same. BEWARE I should have read the reviews before this investment... There is a reason they are so bad. Potentially the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure if experiencing. Both their technical person and sales rep spent countless effort trying to blame me for the product not working instead of simply trying to help solve the issue. This place was so cool!! I thought I would be meeting a person, the whole office is virtual!! Of course I had to explore!!
Rude and bossy sales agent that is so off putting and instantly lost my business. If sales associates are this bad, you know everything else is just gonna be worse.
