Randy is AMAZING! He makes quick work of your install and recalibration. He also is more than willing to answer any questions you may have. Now as for Smart Start the company, their customer service is ridiculous! I’ve had some problems with my vehicle so it was taken to the dealership and each time I’ve gotten it back it is in VioLock. Called them and they said fill out an incident report and you will be refunded for the recalibration.
