They know they have you over a barrel. Everytime I have to deal with them there is a problem. I had to extend my contract in June. It is mid-July, and they still haven't managed to send the forms to the DMV. This customer service folks have been nice, but haven't been able to do their jobs. The garage people are usually cool.

This place is an absolute joke, no organization. This lady I think her name is Larissa! She is the most unprofessional piece of work in the business. It’s ran out of a trailer.She never shows up for her appointments. She has her kids running around half dressed.There is dog piss all over the shop. If I was smart start I’d take a look at how their company is being represented. This company’s billing department is a joke you can set up auto pay but they don’t charge you so you’ll find a letter from the dmv in the mail saying your license is revoked. If you make a Payment on the app it won’t apply it to the current month then if you want to call smart start to make a payment good luck talking to a competent person. The call centers make you sit on hold for hours no matter the time of day or night. The local shop is no longer is set in a trailer park with terrible speed bumps so that’s a plus!
