I wish I could leave a negative 5 star! This Mickey Mouse Dog and Pony show Outfit has done NOTHING but made my life a living hell since I switched over to them from road guard. It takes an average of 1 hr to get someone on the phone. Sometimes it's 10 mins. Other times it's 3 and a half hrs. Only to never have anything resolved. My handset needs to be switched out, and I haven't had my car for 4 days missing out on work. It's not the installers fault most of the time. SMART START IS A JUNK COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

See Peter STL, this Linda Brown is a nightmare to deal with. Never choose smart start, these people are RUDE and it also caused my car to malfunction on multiple occasions, which was very scary is one instance. They again, did not care and got angry about it.
