I didn’t even catch the gentleman’s name, but I had driven 3 hours from Asheville and though he had to reschedule his own appointment to make sure I was taken of, he did so and with a smile on his face the whole time. Very kind, knowledgeable and quick. It’s only been a day, and I was very nervous with getting this device because I witnessed a friend having so much trouble with hers, but it’s been smooth and I don’t anticipate any issues.
We have come here several times and almost every time we come here the guy is either home asleep or he has some errands to run first even though we have an appointment set up. This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. We called as well and the person on the phone hung up on us.
