The technician, Dominic, was very thorough explaining how the device works. He completed the installation in a timely manner and was very friendly. My only complaint is about the shop: there is no waiting area with adequate seating. I hope the owners will take it in consideration.
They are never here or late, hours are very inconvenient. Constant issues with equipment and/or tech support. Pick a different provider if you must have this.
