I thought everyone was nice especially Terry made us feel welcome , had a bathroom took an hour to install maybe they can do better for you , hundred to install , 70 bucks a month without the warranty for the actual device in case someone steals it , other than that I recommend to go to bakersfield smart start ignition on Brundage, KFC is right down the street if you're hungry .
