This company is horrible. I've only had my interlock installed a few months and am already going to spend the money to cancel and go with someone else. It's impossible to get to speak to someone at customer service the automated system just sends you in circles. The install was $100 more than I was quoted on the phone. I recently did a calibration appointment and waited almost 2 hours for the technician to speak to a smart start manager for an override. Their location by me is now only open 2 days a week. Every time I go here to recalibrate, I always have to submit an incident report. Every single time. The gentleman that works here is rude at times and pretty short with you when you have questions or just says call the 1800 number. Today ( Friday 11:30a) I have to get calibrated. He only has 3 days he’s open and most of time he doesn’t follow that schedule. For a corporate store location, this is a joke. Doesn’t represent the company very well.
