Horrible they are frauds I pay over $130 monthly for service it malfunctions regularly. Its supposed to include roadside it’s been weeks my car has been sitting because “ they dropped the ball” on sending my paperwork to there third party roadside assistance company ioncore no better honestly and refuse to pick it up and fix the issue although last week they told me they would call them to fix there mishaps if not corrected in 3-5 days today is day 5 I have no confirmation and they’re now say I should call there third party ... read more
My experience with the staff was a cool one. I was given detailed information on the process in which I am needing to take to handle my business. I would refer others to this company for sure!
Professional, and helpful. Answered all my questions and were very thorough. Had a small hiccup with my car and it’s wiring but they were quick to fix it. Prices are prices wherever you go, but they are fair and explain why the price is what it is. Made the process easy and they were friendly too!
Awesome team.
Definitely real unprofessional company. I see why people keep on saying they don’t take responsibilities at all, I would definitely take the time to drive somewhere else then to deal with their bullshit.
