overall experience was good. took a little longer to put it in than I anticipated but service was good. the training was excellent on how to operate the unit and how not to get charged for accidental missuse very well explained
Well, not so great after nailing down an appointment after 3 tries. Showed up and had no choice but to wait 7 hours for install. God forbid if you miss use the the the thing and be charged exorbitant prices to reset the unit. I guess it's a legal way to extort money from unfortunate people. Then one has to pay to remove the unit, as well.

My service guy was Bryce and he is the best very helpful and caring for our time and money well done even though there has been difficulties he has managed to help out smoothly
