Had an appointment to have this system installed on my son's car at 10:30am Friday. We got there 15 minutes early and the door was locked. After we start heading back to the car the guy comes out and says pull around to the back. Once around back the language the guy used was vulgar and he used it as if it was his every day language. I get to my appointment 15 minutes early, on the door it says lunch 12:00-1:00. It is 1:15 at this time, my appointment is at 1:30 and he says he’s on lunch. He then states his system is down but he did not attempt to let me know ahead of time. I paid $90 for an installation and got nothing.
