I get to my appointment 15 minutes early, on the door it says lunch 12:00-1:00. It is 1:15 at this time, my appointment is at 1:30 and he says he’s on lunch. He then states his system is down but he did not attempt to let me know ahead of time. I paid $90 for an installation and got nothing.
Well what initially started as an ok experience turned out to be a 4 hour tow truck wait at the gas station just a few miles down the road. After getting the device installed, the guy asked me to turn the car on to make sure I was comfortable doing it for the first time. The display on the interlock device was not working. I blew and he told me to wait for the device to tell me to blow, I told him there was no words on the screen. He said, that's odd, and looked at it, messed with the wires and got it to work.
