I was seen here for installation on 11/4/25. As soon as I arrived Wesley started the process. He was helpful in showing me how to work it and allowed me to keep practicing until I was successful. The installation had been anticipated on 2 hours, he was able to complete installation a little before then. As I know of, everything seems to look fine and is going smoothly. Again, I thought he was very helpful and nice.
Great service, explained everything well. Although he was incredibly busy he still took the time to explain everything and ensure i was satisfied with his work.
Had an appointment to have this system installed on my son's car at 10:30am Friday. We got there 15 minutes early and the door was locked. After we start heading back to the car the guy comes out and says pull around to the back. Once around back the language the guy used was vulgar and he used it as if it was his every day language. I finally had to leave his presence as it was offensive.
