Do not use this location. Jonathan is terrible. Do yourself the favor and travel a bit further to a shop with a tech that cares. Upon removal of my device at another location, the tech found damage to wiring inside my vehicle and said they wouldn’t be able to get it back to stock. If you don’t want your car to be destroyed by these god forsaken devices then take it somewhere else.
Excellent service from both John and Chris Quick install by John and Chris provided a through hands on training with the device and explanation of the program If you stick with rules it seems like it you would be ok
Horrible customer service!
God forbid you get out of your car. Just sit in there and wait for someone to come out and acknowledge you no matter how long that will take. They will come and speak to you once they are good and ready. Also, only one car can be calibrated at a time so don’t think they may have multiple chords like other locations. Had a 9am appointment. They got me in and out in about 2 hours. The instructions seem to have been pretty thorough. We'll see how calibration goes...
