Smart Spa sold gift certificates that would "never expire". Guess what? Now, they no longer want to honor those gift certificates. My family spent about $500 in these certificates, only to be told that they are no longer good. I have given them every opportunity to make things right, but they won't return calls or messages. They are no better than common thieves.
This spa is pure heaven!! The massages are amazing as well as the customer service and detail of your day!!! Highly recommend!!!
