Prices not the same as posted on Web Site. Went in for one service and was told I wouldn't be charged more and was charged considerably more when I was paying & ready to leave. Still left a tip and all. Hmmmmm, think I'll reconsider other spas in the area.
RecommendedI had a lash lift today for the first time. I am thrilled with the outcome! This service is amazing! I highly recommend having this done. Felicia is awesome! I will definitely do this again.
I went in yesterday and saw Hillary Toifl she saw me on very short notice and fixed the mess of a hair cut I had. I can’t thank her enough for dealing with me crying lol. Thank you for making me feel beautiful again 😍 I’d highly recommend her or any of the girls there!
I was supposed to have a 12:45 appointment for a couples massage today. I made the appointment on November 2 and even got an email confirmation of my appointment time. I get there today and was told there had been a problem with my appointment. Supposedly somebody called and left a message on Nov 8. My cellphone shines no missed calls or messages from them. They also have my email address, but they didn’t bother emailing me when they “supposedly” called me numerous times and couldn’t get in touch with me.
Felisha is truly amazing!!! she does such a wonderful job on my eyebrows. I also have to brag about Hillary. she does my hair and there is no one better! this is truly the best place to go!
Great place and wonderful staff! Got a one hour massage, I highly recommend it! Nancy Horn is amazing!
I had a fabulous day with my friend Felecia today at Smart Skin Spa & Salon. I could hang out in this Salon all day long. If you want to be pampered this is where you need to go.
