I received a gift certificate to this spa and wasnt able to use it in the allotted time due to having surgery. They would not extend the time to use the certificate so the certificate is useless. I was expired by 30 days. This is just bad business. I wasnt asking for anything extra and would have spent more than the certificate for a 30 minute massage. Shame on you Smart Skin.

I used to get my hair cut and colored by Kati before she relocated from Auburn to Prattville. I searched for a couple of years in Auburn before finding Kati, and was so relieved to find someone who took the time to listen to why I was unhappy with my hair and help me find a solution. I have always been super pleased with my haircuts by Katie - she takes the time to make sure it is perfect before I get out of the chair, and the cut always grew out very well.
