Best Travel Agency Around! – I have been booking with Barbara and Smart Set Travel for more than 20 years. I have referred dozens of friends and co-workers. They have all had the same great experiences that I have come to expect. Barbara and her staff treat everyone like family and go to any length to accomodate their clients. Worst Travel Agency! – Worst travel agency i have ever delt with! The service is horrible and rude! There is something fishy about that place!! I went through them because my aunt was getting married on a cruise and we were supposed to book through them. They charged my CC the full amount for the cruise and then a few weeks later charged an extra $500 in August! Worst Place to book a trip – I too had a horrible experience with Smart Set Travel. They are only out to rip you off. Every time I called to get my money back from a overcharge on my CC I was given the run around. They are the worst place ever, I hope no one has to ever go through such a bad experience with this company like I did. It is a scam they are just out to over charge your CC and hope you dont notice. Barbara from hell – I booked a cruise through this agency in August; worse mistake ever. Two weeks after paying for it they charged me an extra $500 in my credit card so I called and they said I'd have it refunded in two weeks (that Royal Caribbean was at fault). Two weeks turned into TWO MONTHS!
