We live in Urbandale. In December 2025, due to severe winds a significant amount of shingles on our roof were blown off, many others damaged. I immediately contacted Smart Roofing, Sam sent Luis to our home. Luis immediately tarped the area of significant shingle loss and secured all other loose shingles. Sam is always very responsive and gets on the job in a short time. He keeps you updated on scheduling and progress. If changes occur he checks to make sure it is ok to proceed with the work. I have used Smart roofing for years and have recommended him several times.

Smart Roofing is awesome. Sam came highly recommended from our neighbor. We got quotes from several roofing companies. His was the best, and ot just the price. Sam is a pro, very knowledgeable, with great suggestions (different attic vents, painting the water heater chimney instead of replacing, etc.), with no attempt at upselling.
