I met Scott McConaughey and his wife Glenda one Saturday afternoon by chance. Our house is 23 years old, with a roof starting to show signs of concern. (Many houses similar age in our neighborhood have started replacing roofs) Glenda setup an appointment for Scott and me to meet and discuss the roof replacement project. Scott and Glenda were AWESOME to work with during the replacement of our 20 year old roof. Both made sure the customer was "kept in the loop" regarding scheduling and follow up. Their crew was punctual, did quality work, and completed a rather large square footage roof in two days. Upon completion, they did a great job cleaning up around the perimeter of the house. I would highly recommend Smart Roofing for any roofing repairs or to replace an older roof.
Honest and a fair price. Completed the job in one day. Left the area clean . Scott stopped by several times during the roof replacement to make sure everything was going on as planned. He is a no pressure salesman with customers interest in mine. If you need a new roof I highly recommend him

Although we had some slight delays due to the shifting Idaho weather in late February, they were able to complete the entire project (removal of the old roof and install of the new roof) in one day. I recently had my roof replaced by Smart Roofing & Remodeling. I coordinated with my neighbor so that we could both get new roofs during Thanksgiving week. The weather was challenging that week, but Dan and his crew were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They also had the best price after I got quotes from seven other Boise roofing companies. My roof looks great and has a long warranty.
