We purchased a set of these in September of 2017 and have been really dissatisfied with these ever since. First issue: they’re cheap looking and rickety. By rickety I mean that they do not open and close well. The fabric lays loosely in the track so at keeping out flying insects (like mosquitoes etc) they’re really ineffective. During the initial installation, the installer (the owner) tried to install a hand built and scabbed-on wooded piece of scrap wood and screw it into the rail.
