This review is about Maria Estrada MolinaWe put down a deposit of $3,100 towards purchasing this house. Our loan was not approved and the loan officer said our money was supposed to be returned. The owner and listing agent refused to return our deposit even after the loan officer and broker informed them that they have no grounds to keep our money.
