I dont recommend this practice to anyone who needs urgently see a primary doctor. I made an appointment on January 5th, after 3 weeks I had to call because they didn't reach to me to inform about lab results. The secretary inform about the results when its the doctor or specialist in question who is supposed to inform me that. In addition, the secretary is extremely mean when it comes about greeting patients.
Everyone was respectful and the office runs smooth
Finding a primary care doctor in this area is challenging so it was refreshing to finally find a practice not affiliated with MWH and that had availability for new patients that were not booking weeks and months out.
Provider is fine and courteous once you're in the room with him but I'd give this office some time to work out the kinks in terms of administration. We had incorrect copays taken, struggled to be refunded, Insurance misunderstood and billed incorrectly, and medications not refilled timely. It also can take up to two weeks for them to return a call, if they call at all to follow up.
