Always on time, like clockwork. When issues arise, they are very responsive, and they are there same day to at least check it out, if not fix it. Most recently the heater stopped working, and they were there within a few hours and fixed it. Because it was minor, they did not even charge me for a service call. A+ 100%. Thank you!

Smart Pool's cleaning service has been a huge letdown in their inaugural month of business. Despite repeated complaints and pleas for improvement, the pool remains in a neglected state, accumulating debris and appearing murky. The cleaning crew's disregard for their duties has been disheartening, rendering their service subpar and unreliable. Beware! Your pool may be safe with this company but you and your family are not. Their drivers are irresponsible and erratic. Trying to drive to work at 4:30 in the morning, I had to merge over after the vehicle in front of me almost caused an accident. The smart driver thinks that it is OK to follow somebody up the entire length of Daniel’s Parkway flashing their highbeams at them. People just want to get to work dude it’s not that serious.

We've used Smartpools for over 5 years and they've always performed great service. When there have been equipment issues, Smartpools has been very responsive.
