Very disappointed when i called the number they said they had my glass and to come on by but when i went in they told me that was their San Antonio location and that they didn't have the glass and would need a week to get it in, I left my phone and called a week later and they said oh the shipment never came and we forgot to call you. What a waste of time !!!!

I am rating this company as a 1, simply because I cannot rate it any lower.The worst customer service I have ever been around. I would NOT use this company. Terrible service with a terrible final product on their work. Took my phone to a different repair shop and the tech laughed at the quality of work done from smart phone repairz . Hope this helps.

It started as a trip to an unknown shop to have the glass replaced on a Samsung phone for my daughter. I didn't know anything about Smart Phone Repairz but they were close to my home so I thought I'd give them a try. The experience of having her phone fixed was not the tooth pulling, fingernail wrenching ordeal that I expected. It was just the opposite.
