Do not bring your device here. This store had my phone for five days. My repair was $250 and paid an extra $20 for over night shipping. They did not check off over night shipping the first day after taking it in. Gave no updates on my phone to the number provided. On the third day of having my phone I called in to inquire about the status of my repair and they realized they messed up and only then ordered my parts to come in over night. I went to get my screen repaired by them and they fixed it with but they left glue on my front lenses camera. I went back and they scraped some off, its still a little fuzzy. I've noticed that since I took it to them I've been having battery problems, I went to buy a battery for my phone and all this glue is on the back and in the battery. I called them and the guy told me since it was more them 30 days that they're not liable and it was my fault. Now I have to buy a brand new phone.

I was the first person on the door. I brought both an iphone and iPad. About a month prior I paid to have them replace the The iPad Air screen. There was a apiece of glass left in the screen so it was under warranty or no charge. They told me 1.5 hr for the phone and 3 for the iPad. I returned 3 hours later and the phone was done but they had just started the iPad repair and said it would be about 1/2 hour more. I came back 40 min later and it still wasn't done. I had to pay $165.00 to repair my screen and LCD on April 21, 2014. Sometime that same week, I noticed a small black area in the top right corner of my screen. In thr next 35 days it progressed into a much larger area...cannot see my time on my phine anymore and a long jagged ceack liiking mark across the screen. I took it back on May 26th and they refused to fix it saying that it fell under normal wear and tear and was not covered by their warranty. I went in to have my screen repaired on my Iphone and it took about thirty minutes . I was very happy with the service they offered me . The screen looked great when they gave it back to me and the phone works great thanks to them !!!

BEST PRICE 20 minute service Advertised ? WHATS YOUR TIME WORTH ? They repalced the glass and broke the speakers on my I phone 5. After 4 trips round trips- travel time of 8 hours and 4+ hours waiting for service work, was told the repair was beyond their capabilities. They tried to refuse to give me their licencing information reqired by law to be visible. PLEASE read the reviews on google+ before doing business with them.

So I took my phone in because I had shattered it the day before and had some friends tell me about this place. Got it about 2 hours later, screen looked great. Got home, the vibrate didn't work and either did my auto-brightness. Went back the next day, they fixed my vibrate and said the auto-brightness HAD to be a software issue. THEN, I left and my phone was FREEZING! At this point I am so frustrated and will NEVER use their services again or recommend it!!

Do NOT get water damage repair here! The only thing they do is leave it in rice, and after they did that, my phone STILL didn't work.

This place is horrible! We took our sons working iPhone in to have a cracked screen replaced. After about an hour they explain they can't get the new screen to connect. Phone went from working with a cracked screen to nothing but lines on screen. Left there went to AT&T because he can't be without his phone. Could have traded the phone in with cracked screen but no this place messed up the LCD making the phone worthless. So no trade in and no available upgrade!!!
