**EDIT*** It took some back and forth, but they eventually ended up taking the areas apart that were rattling, cleaning them, and stuffing them full of noise dampening stuff (which worked!). I appreciate the service manager/director who took over to help get this resolved. Upgrading my review to 4 stars to reflect the poor experience but good resolution. The buying and trade in process was super easy. I traded in my vehicle for the value I was looking for and was happy with my new used car purchase. *But buyer beware if you are purchasing from out of state* Here is what happened to me: Smart Motors uses a 3rd party company to file any paperwork for out of state titles and registration.
