2026 Review Service Above and Beyond! Tony and others on the Service Team provided great service when I recently had a dead 12v battery in my Lexus RX350h. In fact, Tony stayed late, after closing, to be sure I was able to pick up my car when repaired. I purchased a used LX 570 in October for ~$46K. Asked if there was a second key and was told by salesperson (Erica) no problem, they just had to get it from the person that traded the vehicle in. Fast forward 3 months, no 2nd key, excuses, and empty apologies. They are unwilling to do anything to rectify the issue. Now I’ve got to spend an additional $600+ (key fob, cutting, programming) to have a spare when I was told during the sale that a 2nd key would be forthcoming. Recently bought a L-certified car from this dealership. My saleswoman was absolutely amazing. No issues there. The issue started with the finance office. They had it rang up for the wrong price. Took me forever to get a title and they sold me a car with a bent wheel and bald tires. I have contacted the dealership, spoke with the new car service manager who assured me that they would take care of that only to find out now that he will not return my calls. Be careful when dealing with this dealership!
