I would not recommend buying a vehicle that you will havevto have serviced at this location. Today we made an appointment to get a oil change at 9am. We sat in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours with no communication from anyone. So I went to the desk and asked they got with service and still no one can tell us why a simple oil change took over 2 1/2 hours. Very poor customer service.
We bought our car over two years ago and the after sales / service department have been excellent. ————- Updating my post a year on, to say that we continue to use Smart Hyundai to service our car and Chloe in the service department is extremely helpful to work with.
My son got a car here and I don’t think I ever met a better salesman and more trustworthy fellas straight to the point and gave us all the info. If I didn’t love Chevy so much I’d buy all my cars here
Service was amazing I felt like I was at home i felt like a fat kid running to the candy store and got free candy I LOVED IT!!!
