A rock from a weed whacker shattered our sliding glass door. I called Smart Glass and the owner Mike said they would have someone out that afternoon to board up the window and take measurements to order a replacement. When I called in the afternoon to find out where they were, I was informed that the technician had gone home for the day and no one would be coming out.
