They use cheap material got my screen fixed with screen protector and screen still cracked less than a week later

I brought a phone from here unfortunately I dropped it a few times and it broke thanks to the phone doctor I brought it back and they replaced it for nothing they didn't charge me at all this is a very good phone store to shop at not only because they didn't charge me but also because the customer service is great thanks phone doctor for being in my neighborhood

Dropped my phone on the sidewalk and shattered the screen. After calling a few places, I'm happy that I went with Smart Fone Doctor. They take walk ins/no appointment needed. Service was so quick! My screen was replaced in about 30 minutes (I was fully expecting it to take over an hour). The screen looks great and I have had no issues with the display or touch sensitivity. I hope I never break a screen again, but if I do, I'll definitely come back here for it to be fixed
