This was an exceptional experience, especially since my MACbook Pro is over 10 years old. Without warning, my screen went black with white vertical lines. I tried restarting multiple times but nothing happened. I freaked out because I hadn’t backed up files in a long time. I called Fix It and Julio gave me some assurance that it was fixable. He arranged to meet me the same day and determined that I needed a new screen. Once he opened the insides, he also saw that my battery was enlarged and further use would be dangerous. I recently used Google to search cell phone repair companies and chose the St. Rose location of Smart Fix. Julio, the owner immediately diagnosed the problem. Siince he had to order a part, he gave me his cell number so we could stay in touch via text about status of shipping the part. He texted me when it arrived and my phone is fixed now. He made sure the issue was resolved by checking it several times before I left. I would recommend this Smart Fix location as I had a good experience.

I will use SmartFix the next time I need a phone repair. Julio was awesome to work with and very informative. He kept me posted on the status of the repair to my son’s phone. My son had dropped his iPhone in water and had to have a few things repaired. The repairs worked great and Julio had the phone turned around the next day.
