I love the store and it’s so convenient they’ve always been quick to open checkouts when they’re crowded except lately there can be 20 people in line and only one check out and they still don’t open second I hope they fix this because it is my go to store
I bought what I thought were funny character mask but when I looked closer I saw that it was an offensive mask that a reputable Company in Carson CA should definitely not have sold in their stores. They are selling Blackface mask and it’s horrible of them to do so.
Having their customer service get back to you as they stated they would. I received an email response (6/30/20) to a YELP review I posted back on June 22, 2020. The email stated I would be contacted about my complaint. Has yet to happen!
I went to your Pleasant Hill store today and will not go back for the following reasons: 1. Of the four employees I saw, two were wearing their masks so that they did not cover the noses.
It was good the line moved fast, I found everything I needed, the cashier was magnificent. Recommend this store for all your needs, nice and clean as well, security was pleasant.
