Ivan and Carlos are the BEST! Very knowlegeable and always on top of everything.
These guys are the worse! They were our seller's agent, and forced us to get the loan from them (which is illegal!) Then tried to give us the worse rates ever! We just canceled our escrow because of how rude they were! They even called us and our agent "liar", however they were the ones lying in the whole process, trying to force us to go with their stupid high rates.
