I took my dogs to Smart Dogs Grooming and they did a great job on both of my dogs! I have a standard schnauzer and an Irish Wolf hound mix. Both dogs require different cuts and both dogs looked great! They also told me they do cats, so I took my cat there and they did a "lion" cut on her. Very cute cut! The people that work there were all very friendly and the place was clean! Will continue to take my dogs there!

I took my dog there a few times. The last time, I got a call to pick her up because she couldn't finish her. I also had to pay an extra fee because she wouldn't sit still. When I got there, they had finished her to what they felt was the best of their ability, which wasn't good at all. I have now started taking her to another groomer who has had zero problems with grooming her and does it in a decent amount of time and is less expensive. I feel so bad that I put my dog through the experience of this place.

I have been going to this groomer for over a year. Smart dogs is women/ Veteran owned. Every time I have been there they have been caring and kind for my Holly Belle. They treat dogs as if they were the owners children. Because to many of us our pets are like our children. They have been gentle with her each time they have had her. I came to this place because of some reviews I read and they are down the street. My dog had some mats in his hair and I discussed this with Amanda. I told her I did not want any of his hair cut and to call me if there was an issue. So I get a call saying he ready and WTF they cut the areas where the mats were and didn't even call. I took my dog there and at first I thought they were great. But on my second visit they said my Toby fell off the table and that's why he had scratches on his tummy. I don't think a dog should ever fall off the table. My daughter took her dog there and they cut his ear very badly. They took a chunk out of it! I will not be taking my dog back there!!

TERRIBLE GROOMING!!! I took my shih tzu there and they kept her for 6 hours. Her cut was all choppy around the face and her tail was cut and thinned. It took a year to get her full tail back! Took my 2nd dog there for a bath and to get winter coat off. After 9.....yes 9.....hours I finally got her back. She still had her winter coat and KNOTS behind her ears! And for this we paid $50.00. Brought her home and had to cut the knots out from behind her ears ourselves. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ..................take my pets there agai... read more

I've been going here for a couple of years now. The service is second to none and I know that my dogs will be comfortable while they are being groomed and drying. I've had no complaints and would recommend Smart Dogs to anyone.

I like Smart Dogs. Peggy is very patient and sweet.
